Cancellation policy

At Wild Child, we work with freshly cut flowers, meaning each bouquet is carefully planned, harvested, and arranged at its peak. Because flowers are perishable and cannot be stored for future use, last-minute cancellations or changes can be challenging. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Cancellations & Changes

One-Time Bouquet Orders –
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

Subscription Plans –
Seasonal Subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins. However, under specific circumstances, modifications may be possible. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns—we’re happy to try and work something out for you.

Missed Pickups/Deliveries –
Because flowers are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for missed pickups or deliveries. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a friend or family member to collect your bouquet.


Refunds & Quality Guarantee

We take great care in selecting and arranging our flowers. If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or credit.
